Our Approach

Embedding Sustainability Across All Academic Programmes

Beyond dedicated environmental programmes, the University of Jordan's 2025 Sustainability Strategy commits to integrating SDG-related learning outcomes into 100% of academic programmes by 2030 โ€” ensuring every graduate is equipped with sustainability literacy regardless of their field.

Through the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) framework, UJ trains faculty, creates interdisciplinary content, and builds a culture of continuous improvement so sustainability education reaches every student on campus.
